Ignore ySchema byte changes in go generate workflow check (#199)

**TLDR**: Normalise `ySchema` byte slices during `Go/generate` so compressed
schema byte changes do not fail CI.

### Problem Statement

The `Go/generate` workflow runs `go generate ./...` and checks `git diff
--exit-code` for changes. Generated `schema.go` files store a compressed schema
in `ySchema`. That byte slice is not stable across Go versions and runs. As a
result, `Go/generate` fails even when no other generated Go code changes.

### Proposed Solution

The `Generate and Check Diff` step configures a Git `textconv` filter for `*.go`
files. During `git diff`, this filter replaces the hex bytes inside `ySchema`
with a fixed placeholder. This approach matches `normaliseSchemaVar` in `ygot`.
All other changes in `schema.go` or other generated files still fail `git diff
--exit-code`.

### Implementation Details

- **`.github/workflows/go.yml`**: Add a `diff.yschema.textconv` filter with
  `sed -Ez` on `*.go` before `git diff --exit-code`.
- **`.github/workflows/go.yml`**: Pin `actions/checkout` and `actions/setup-go`
  to commit hashes in the `generate` job for `zizmor`.
