Commit Message

Use the QML compass on the location button, freeze rendering while rotating, ease heading-up

- compass is drawn in QML (dot, ticks and N/E/S/W in the font of the device),
  the SVG compass icon is removed
- rendering is frozen while the map rotates by animation, each step used to
  cancel and restart the render job on the main thread (stutter)
- haptic hardware is prepared when the pinch starts to avoid delayed feedback
- heading-up: slower easing, limited angular speed and a 6 degrees deadband
