Ignore ySchema byte changes in go generate workflow check

**TLDR**: Normalise `ySchema` byte slices during the `Go/generate` check so
changes in compressed schema bytes do not fail CI.

### Problem Statement

The `Go/generate` workflow runs `go generate ./...` and expects `git diff
--exit-code` to show zero changes. Generated `schema.go` files store a
compressed schema in `ySchema`, and its byte slice output is not stable across
Go versions and runs. As a result, `Go/generate` fails even when no other
generated Go code changes.

### Proposed Solution

Configure a Git `textconv` filter in the `Generate and Check Diff` step that
replaces the hex bytes inside `ySchema` with a fixed placeholder during `git
diff`, which matches `normaliseSchemaVar` in `ygot`. All other changes in
`schema.go` and other generated files still fail `git diff --exit-code`.

### Implementation Details

- **`.github/workflows/go.yml`**: Configure a `diff.yschema.textconv` filter on
  `*.go` before `git diff --exit-code` in the `generate` job.
