importer: count deleted replies when checking thread reply counts (#347)

A reply deleted in ex stays in its thread as a placeholder and the
root's reply count keeps it; FinalizeParent counts it the same way.
ParentStats skipped deleted replies (and deleted roots), so every
thread with a deleted reply was reported as mismatched. It now counts
all of a root's replies against the stored count; Replies still counts
live replies only.
