fix(apiserver): validate metadata.name (#891)

Closes #822

apiserver-kit v0.6.0 now features validation for metadata.name by
default. The validation follows upstream kubernetes standards (RFC1123
Subdomain names).
This is a breaking change for existing Resources with a now invalid
name. They will continue to exist but users cannot (re-)create them with
their original name.

For Releases and Targets the stricter DNS Label rules are applied
because their resource names are embedded in the rendered chart names.
