docs: fix stale v3 docs and compile-check the root README, MIGRATION.md and example READMEs (#2052)

Fixes the stale v3 docs from the review, and extends the snippet check
from the package READMEs and skills to every Markdown file except the
changelogs. That adds the root README, `MIGRATION.md`, the example
READMEs and AGENTS.md.

## Stale or wrong docs

1. **`supabase` README.** The quick start no longer passes a
`MemoryAuthAsyncStorage`. The paragraph under it says what the client
does now: without an `asyncStorage` it keeps the session and the PKCE
verifiers in memory, and it throws only for `persistSession: true`
without a storage and without an `accessToken` callback. The redundant
`MemoryAuthAsyncStorage` arguments in `MIGRATION.md` are gone too.
2. **`realtimeOptions` entry.** It no longer claims that
`Supabase.initialize` has a `functionsOptions` parameter.
3. **Root README.** The `dart file` example imports
`supabase_schema.g.dart`, so `BooksRow` and `Books` resolve.
4. **Passkeys example README.** The snippet passes the
`PasskeyAuthenticator` to `registerPasskey` and `signInWithPasskey`, and
the text no longer says `supabase_flutter` shows the platform prompt
itself.
5. **`supabase_test` migration entry.** A new section under Testing
covers the behavior changes from #2035: no retries in
`testSupabaseClient` and `initializeTestSupabase`, unmatched requests
also reported to the zone (with the `reportUnmatchedRequests: false`
opt-out), and `signInTestUser` emitting `signedIn`. It is also linked
from "Changes the compiler will not catch".
6. **AGENTS.md.** The local testing example points at the gateway of the
shared stack, `http://127.0.0.1:14421`.
