## What do these changes do?

Bumps the version to 7.2.1 and builds the changelog with towncrier. The
release carries a single fix: the 7.2.0 regression where a proxy
subclass that converted its argument in its own `__init__()` raised
`TypeError`.

The benchmark tables are not refreshed; they were regenerated for 7.2.0
a day ago and nothing since touched a hot path.

## Are there changes in behavior for the user?

No, beyond what the changelog describes.

## Is it a substantial burden for the maintainers to support this?

No.
