Android bridge, Back and push fixes; iOS keyboard and scene lifecycle (#35)

Android: inject the Capacitor bridge into the server page (OneSignal login
never ran there, so pushes never reached Android), initialize OneSignal
natively before the page can call it, ask for notification permission after
login, and let the page handle Back before walking history. Debug builds
allow cleartext for a local dev server.

iOS: the keyboard backdrop moves with the keyboard, UIScene lifecycle for the
iOS 27 SDK, and the Capacitor pin follows package.json (8.5.3).
