* chore(website): add the website redesign plan to the integration branch

Phased plan (tokens and fonts, home, docs polish, playground, cleanup) plus the approved
mockup, so that independent sessions can implement each phase. Committed through an explicit
.gitignore exception; the last phase removes it before the branch merges into release.

7.3.0 is out and merged into the integration branch: the plan no longer waits for it, the
"since 7.3" copy is confirmed, and the docs-polish test bed and the acknowledgments edit
account for /docs/ now serving the 7.3.0 snapshot and /docs/next/ the working docs.

The theme is one build shared by every docs version, so the styles and the adapted home go
live together as a website release once phases 1, 2, 3 and 5 are merged, without waiting for
a plugin release. Any docs edit the redesign needs (only the acknowledgments page is planned)
is applied to both docs/ and versioned_docs/version-7.3.0/.
