Test passing structs that contain other structs by value (#164)

Adds two testlib methods and tests for them:
- echoUnknownStr: round-trips the existing unknown_str, an 80-byte
  anonymous struct with an anonymous struct and two CGRects nested inside,
  checking every field.
- sumPointAndZ: takes {CGPoint, double}. arm64 passes it in floating-point
  registers, which libffi only does if the nested CGPoint is described
  correctly.

Both need the argument sizing and whole-struct copy fixes (#157) and the
nested make_type fix (#163). With only the former they raise TypeError;
with only the latter the struct is truncated to its first 8 bytes.
