fix(sshutil): check the HostKeyCallback error in the flock test (#908)

golangci-lint 2.15.0 flags `case <-done:` in
TestTOFU_Flock_BlocksConcurrentHostKeyCallback as an unchecked error
(errcheck). CI runs the linter at `version: latest`, so the Go `check`
job now fails on main and on every pull request.

Receive the error and include it in the failure message, matching the
second select in the same test. The test still fails whenever the
callback returns while the lock is held.
