Lua hot reload: randomised differential test, and the defects it found (#1566)

* Lua hot reload: a closure's captures are named after its class, so siblings told apart by their order keep theirs

Captures of closures which share an identity were numbered in the order of the fields, so a closure starting to capture a variable took the storage name of a sibling's capture, whose objects then read the default; one stopping to capture lowered the count of the shared identity and was refused. The storage name and binding of a capture now include the closure's class name, which follows the order. Adds LuaHotReloadFuzzTests, a randomised differential test of hot reload.

* Lua hot reload: a slot an earlier payload rebound is bound again when an edit restores the running script's binding

An override which one payload added and the next removed stayed in its class's slot: the inherited binding is the running script's own, equal to the baseline's, so no payload ran it again. A slot which an earlier payload bound to another function than the edit binds it to is now bound again. The fuzz test also covers a generic class and -stacktraces builds; its notes are in BACKLOG.md and the capture naming in docs/LUA_HOT_RELOAD.md.

* Lua hot reload fuzz test: a warning the map prints counts; CI runs 10 programs

A changed initial value of a global an earlier payload added is reported by the map, which knows whether that payload ran. Anonymous closures inserted before others of their order group are generated only with WURST_FUZZ_INSERT_ANONYMOUS.

* Derive capture identities from source class occurrences
