Commit Message

Give each default trace ID a random suffix so IDs made in the same nanosecond remain distinct

- The default ID is now <UnixNano>-<rand.Text()> and sorts as text; rand.Text drops the byte slice and the assert, and with them the zap/zaplog deps
- Test the default ID shape and that two IDs in a row are distinct
- Bump testify v1.12.1, gofakeit v7.18.0, grpc v1.84.0; Go 1.26/1.27 join the CI matrix, setup-go v7
- README: use the shared template (badges and closing section), drop the starchart
