fix(Trans): use the count passed in tOptions (#1942)

Trans builds the options for t() by spreading tOptions and then setting
its own count prop, so a count passed only in tOptions was overwritten
with undefined and t() never saw it. <Trans i18nKey="items"
tOptions={{ count: 5 }} /> rendered the raw key "items" where
t('items', { count: 5 }) returns "5 items", and with children Trans
picked the singular form.

Like context (#1745), Trans now falls back to tOptions.count, so it is
handled the same way as the count prop. A count prop, a count in the
children or values.count still take precedence.
