Pin today's behavior on structured fit inputs and unpacked subscripts (#1161)

Add input-signature tests for two more cases Ariadne has since fixed: a model fit on a dataset whose inputs are a tuple, and a row of a component unpacked from a tuple parameter in the same function. Each pins what Hybridize reports today, with a TODO citing the Ariadne PR and the value it flips to. The tuple inputs are read as one tensor of several shapes, so the specification Hybridize emits for them is wrong; that is pinned as a FIXME, and a tuple of two dtypes withholds its specification.
