fix: correct SQLite GROUP BY alias causing wrong facet counts

SQLite does not group correctly on SELECT-list aliases from table-valued
functions like json_each(). Using GROUP BY key (the alias) produced duplicate
buckets with split counts, e.g. 'pub/cafe' appeared as 7106 instead of 4953.

Fix: replace GROUP BY key with GROUP BY json_each.value (the actual expression)
for unnested facets, and apply the same fix to the NULL-check WHERE clause.
