feat(models): introduce BoundingBox struct and search results bbox

- Replace `[]float64` with `*common.BoundingBox` in `SearchRequest` and
OpenAPI specs.
- Add `BoundingBox` to `SearchResults`, computed automatically from
hits.
- Update query builders and tests to use the new `BoundingBox` model.
