Taint the whole object on every store (#1157)

Deciding whether a property write stores an attribute or an element by decoding the member constant's type and the object's container type rebuilds an engine fact that HFR shouldn't decode. Every store of a parameter-derived value now taints the whole object again. Tainting only the stored attribute waits for the engine to mark a literal's element writes as it already marks subscript writes, since a tuple, list, or dict literal's element write isn't a subscript either.

Storing into `self` therefore taints `self`, so numpy over its other attributes is refused too; that's pinned as a known over-approximation. An attribute read in another method called on the same object still isn't followed, since such a call passes the receiver in no argument slot, while passing the object as an argument is followed.
