Underline the whole part of a parse error, and drop its line and column

Parse errors only kept where they start, so only the first character
of an unknown name was underlined. They now also keep where their token
ends, so an unknown operator, name, label or type, also with the
namespace of an add-on, is underlined as a whole, and the arrow of the
tooltip points at its middle. A single symbol and the end of the text
keep a short mark.

The footer shows the message without the line and column, which the
underline and the tooltip already show. The book says how errors in
the text are marked and explained when hovered.
