* Extract GPUVectorModel as the engine rendering base

* Restore automatic draw state after vector batches

* Use descriptive names in vector transform coverage

* Describe current model and transform APIs in documentation

* Keep geometry and material policy in Model

* Preserve vector offsets, transform outputs, and table batch counts

* Add vector geometry, typed attributes, and shared batch validation

* Skip empty index vectors and preserve redraw state after batches

* Preserve draw counts and refresh vector layout ownership

* Preserve explicit layouts and caller index count overrides

* Honor batched draw limits and legacy geometry bindings

* Apply explicit draw ranges after index buffer replacement
