Make DeepMerge copy containers and retain domain objects

Define a consistent breaking copying policy for receiver and incoming values: recursively copy hashes, arrays, and strings, retain arbitrary leaf objects by identity, and never invoke their dup or deep_dup methods. Preserve conflict-block and bang-method behavior and document the migration for a major release.
