fix: Close the data-init attribute for guests

Before: on a page whose stream carries only user-addressed events and
whose route has a path variable, such as /post/{slug}, a signed-out
visitor got the start of the data-init attribute without its end.
This broke the <body> element of the page.

After: the whole attribute is written only for a signed-in visitor.
A signed-out visitor gets none, as on the same pages without a path
variable.
