refactor(supabase)!: client setup and options consistency before 3.0.0 (#2021)

## Changes

**Auth storage default.** `SupabaseClient(url, key)` no longer throws
without an `asyncStorage`. When the session is not persisted, the client
falls back to a `MemoryAuthAsyncStorage` for the pkce code verifiers, so
servers and command line tools need no setup. A client with
`persistSession: true` and no storage still throws an `ArgumentError`,
whose message now asks for a storage that writes to disk. The
`MemoryAuthAsyncStorage` and `testSupabaseClient` hints from SDK-2259
are gone, since neither persists a session. `testSupabaseClient` relies
on the fallback instead of passing its own memory storage. A bare
`AuthClient` is unchanged and still requires a storage for the pkce
flow. A test exchanges a code through the fallback storage and checks
the verifier is sent.

**Options naming.** The `realtimeClientOptions` parameter of
`SupabaseClient` and `Supabase.initialize` is now `realtimeOptions`,
matching `postgrestOptions`, `authOptions`, `storageOptions` and
`functionsOptions`. `PostgrestClientOptions`, `AuthClientOptions`,
`FunctionsClientOptions` and `RealtimeClientOptions` gain `copyWith`,
like `StorageClientOptions`. `FlutterAuthClientOptions.copyWith` now
overrides the new base method. Like the existing `copyWith` methods, a
nullable field cannot be reset to `null` through them.

**`YAJsonIsolate` is re-exported** from `supabase` (and so from
`supabase_flutter`), which the `RealtimeClientOptions.encode` dartdoc
and MIGRATION.md already assumed.

**Internal constructors.** The constructors of `SupabaseQuerySchema` and
`SupabaseQueryBuilder` take internals (`Counter`, `incrementId`,
`restUrl`, `authHttpClient`) and are now `@internal`. Use
`supabase.schema(…)` and `supabase.from(…)`.
