Keep %{S:n} and %{P:n} spellings in minimal mode

replace_preamble_macros spells the short source/patch macro forms
out (%{S:1} -> %{SOURCE1}, %{P:1} -> %{PATCH1}); the two spellings
are exact aliases, so the choice belongs to the packager. The
cleanup pass now calls it only outside minimal mode, mirroring the
macro bracketing gate above it, and the full run keeps normalising.

The minimal expectation for sources.spec returns to the written
short forms, a macroforms fixture trio pins the family and its
neighbours in both modes, and section unit tests pin each member
plus the %{suse_version} guard insertion that keeps firing in both
modes.
