docs: drop the dead pyiron_base config write from conf.py (#129)

`docs/conf.py` detected a Read the Docs build by testing whether the
substring "readthedocs.org" occurred anywhere in its own directory path
and then wrote a `~/.pyiron` configuration file. CodeQL flags the
substring test as incomplete URL sanitisation (code-scanning alert #1).

The block is inherited from the pyiron repository template: `~/.pyiron`
is read by pyiron_base, which this project does not depend on, so the
file was written for nothing. Remove the block rather than rewrite the
check.
