test(server-configuration): a session that cannot Browse the TrustList is refused

The AddCertificate and RemoveCertificate access-denied tests resolved the
TrustList through translateBrowsePath with a restricted session. That
session can no longer see the TrustList, so getTrustList throws
BadNoMatch before any Call is made.

The tests now resolve the method NodeId with an admin session and Call it
as the restricted one (BadUserAccessDenied), and a new test pins that the
restricted session cannot discover the TrustList. The release note
mentions the push-certificate client.
