Preserve incoming DeepMerge hash subclasses by default

Use source.dup.clear for new nested hash destinations, preserving constructor-required classes, defaults, and instance state without changing existing destination types or value copying. Keep the factory override as a migration path to plain Hash destinations and document the breaking major-release behavior.
