feat(iota-sdk-move-types): convert a VecMap of Move strings into Strings (#1723)

* feat(iota-sdk-move-types): convert a VecMap of Move strings into Strings

`VecMap<string::String, string::String>` converts into
`VecMap<String, String>` through `TryFrom`, entry by entry with the
`string::String` conversion from #1604, failing with `FromUtf8Error` on
the first key or value that is not UTF-8. The node needs it to adopt
`Display<T>` and `VersionUpdated<T>`, whose `fields` have this type.
