Commit Message

Drop Ruby 2.7 support and obsolete compatibility branches

Require Ruby 3.0, move integration CI to the minimum supported Ruby, and simplify version-gated methods and symbol normalization. Retain standalone RubyVersion and RubyVersionCheck extensions for callers.
