Document passing secrets through environment variables (#123)

The README's Celery example passed the AWS key id and secret as
--key-id/--key-secret arguments, which puts them in the process command
line where any user on the host can read them with ps, and where process
supervisors and orchestrators tend to log them verbatim. Both options
already read AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID and AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY from the
environment, so the flags were redundant as well as leaky.

The example now sets the variables and omits the flags, and a new Secrets
section lists the Redis, Sentinel and AWS secrets with the environment variable
to use instead. The Sentry DSN is left out, since Sentry documents it as safe
to keep public. No code changes: the CLI keeps accepting the flags, so nothing
breaks for people who still pass them. This change is stacked on #118 and
should merge after it.
