fix: harden strace string parsing and the unlink functional test

Parse the octal and control-character escapes strace emits for
non-printable bytes in quoted strings, such as \33 for the escape
character; calls carrying such a string, e.g. execve(2) with a terminal
escape in an environment variable, previously failed to parse and were
dropped.

Make the failing-unlink assertion in parses_described_and_short_syscalls
tty-safe: use rm -f so the unlink is issued even when stdin is a
terminal, where plain rm prompts and skips it, and require the exact
ENOENT result.
