Use markdownlint native front matter diagnostics (#14)

Require markdownlint 0.42.0 and check frontMatterLines through native front matter diagnostics and fixes. Remove the header preservation workaround from linting and collection, preserving exact header and body coordinates and default Markdown rule behavior.
