build: bump go directive to 1.26.10

Release binaries are built with the Go version from go.mod
(setup-go go-version-file), so raise it to 1.26.10.

With the newer language version, go vet (run by go test) rejects the
non-constant format string passed to fmt.Fprintf in the set command,
so print the already-formatted warning with fmt.Fprint instead.
