feat: add listRoutes method to list registered routes (#174)

* feat: add getRoutes API to list registered routes

Expose registered paths, HTTP methods, parameter keys, and router options.
Keep repeated routes, handle root mounts, and document the initial API.

Represent nested routers recursively and retain registered paths.
Include route names, matching options, and keys for string and RegExp paths.

Return one { path, methods, router } entry per registered path.
Expose mounted router instances so consumers control recursion, and
defer additional metadata to later API extensions.

* fix: preserve specific methods and include implicit HEAD

Include automatic HEAD support and keep dedicated methods alongside .all().
Give entries expanded from array paths independent methods arrays.

* fix: preserve registered paths and detect mounted routers

Snapshot and flatten path arrays, identify mounted routers by their stack,
and filter the internal _all marker in Route._methods().
Cover empty routes and nested arrays, and document prefix matching.

* docs: clarify methods listed for routes with .all()

Describe methods as dedicated handlers plus automatic HEAD support.
Explain that .all() can handle additional methods and cover both
registration orders in the listRoutes test.

* fix: return undefined methods for routes with .all()

* fix: list .all() as a wildcard in registration order

* feat: add types for route introspection
