Support OpenCode 2 without losing pane lifecycle or history

Run each v2 TUI against an authenticated private server leased to its pane. Translate native APIs, pagination, status snapshots, and SSE events into the existing backend protocol while retaining v1 support.

Preserve fork isolation and session bindings across daemon restarts, wait for upstream history migration before resuming, and reject missing saved sessions. Cover real v1/v2 tools, permission prompts, large composer input, interrupts, server teardown, restore, and v1 history migration.
