fix(Trans): render the inner text when the only child is a string (#1939)

When the translation uses a tag index the children do not have, and the
only child is a string, the tag was looked up on that string and one of
its characters was rendered: "Welcome <1>friend</1>" with the child
"Welcome" rendered "Welcome e". A defaults value hits the same path:
defaults="Hi <1>there</1>" with the child "Hi" rendered "Hi i".

The lookup on a single child now applies only when that child is an
object, as in {{ 1: <strong /> }}. Otherwise the tag renders its inner
text, as it already does when there are several children.
