codegen: address review of the fieldContext descriptor table

- Index fieldContextDescs with integer literals instead of fieldContextID
  constants. Thousands of constants referenced from the executors made the
  type checker's initialization-order pass quadratic.
- Initialize the table statically and read it through executionContext,
  which removes the init() function.
- Pick the constructor per field at generation time: fieldContextByID for
  fields without arguments is small enough to inline, so field resolution
  gets no extra stack frame; fieldContextWithArgsByID holds the panic
  handler and argument parsing.
- Route the childFields_* dispatchers through a shared, non-inlined
  childFieldContextByID so fieldContextByID is not inlined into every case.
- Replace ChildFieldType.FieldContextID with ChildFieldType.Object.
