fix(Trans): render the component for key 0 of an index-keyed components object (#1938)

With components={{ 0: <a /> }} the object was passed on as the indexed
children, so <0> resolved to the object itself and only the inner text
was rendered. Keys 1 and up worked through a fallback, and so did the
array form.

Index-keyed objects are now looked up by key, like a named components
map. This also fixes an array merged with react.transDefaultProps
components, which becomes such an object and lost its first entry.
