AGENTS: readability and locality rules; control-term glossary (#480)

Makes the repo readable by a competent Rust developer who isn't a
controls expert, and easier to review by hand.

- `docs/glossary.md`: control and airframe terms as the code uses them
(regime vs mode, transitions, blend, cascade, PID, feedforward, windup,
trim, saturation, slew, leash, airspeed scaling, …), checked against the
code's usage.
- `AGENTS.md` **Coding style**:
- **Readability**: plain words before math, names over symbols, signs
and frames at the point of use, named intermediate steps, tuned values
that say what raising them does, plain over clever in new code.
- **Locality**: one concept per module, top-down file order, constants
beside their user, tests mirroring source order, moves/renames in their
own commits.
- Glossary upkeep: a PR that adds, changes, or retires a term updates
the glossary; item in the pre-PR checklist and PR template.
- **Workflow**: Readability review lens; docs-home list names the
glossary.
