build(deps): bump @modelcontextprotocol/sdk and @angular/cli

Removes [@modelcontextprotocol/sdk](https://github.com/modelcontextprotocol/typescript-sdk). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@angular/cli](https://github.com/angular/angular-cli). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `@modelcontextprotocol/sdk`

Updates `@angular/cli` from 22.1.6 to 22.2.3
