fix(cli): route auth token errors and prompts to stderr (#6947)

* fix(cli): route auth token errors and prompts to stderr

Ensure that minder auth token prints the access token cleanly to stdout while routing errors, fallback warnings, and interactive login flow messages to stderr. This prevents pollution when capturing tokens in scripts via commands like TOKEN=$(minder auth token). Also add unit and golden file tests covering valid and failure scenarios.
