Raise Go to 1.27 and adopt generic methods in gormcnmjson

- gormcnmjson: Get[T] replaces Get and GetInt, adding decimals and booleans
- gormcnmjson: Set binds path and value as params and limits values to JSON leaf types
- Add Asc() and Desc() returning GORM OrderByColumn values
- Rename OrderByBottle to Ordering and drop its duplicate methods
- Note that a NULL comparison through Eq matches no rows on *T columns
- Upgrade dependencies, align CI and README with the template, add demo binaries to gitignore
- Delete the outdated docs; README covers gormcngen usage
