* Add highlight checkbox to dish creation and edit pages

* Migration to add boolean 'highlight' field to dishes

* Add highlight label on dish create/edit page

* Add spec test for highlight column

* Add test for viewing the add-to-cart button on rest page when logged out

* Add a tiny bit of spacing

* Add some hideous styling
