Stage.Do skips done contexts; Stop names the tasks it awaits

- Stage.Do returns whether fn ran: it checks ctx before locking and again on acquiring the lock, and skips fn once ctx is done
- Add Sleep(ctx, d), a wait that returns ctx.Err() as soon as ctx is done
- Stop logs the active runs at the start, on cancellation, on each exit and once each two seconds, so even a forced termination leaves the blocking task in the logs
- Tests use field-based cron specs in place of @every
- README documents the new behaviors
- README drops the stargazers chart
- Makefile and .gitignore match the shared template again
