fix: resolve the package entry to src/message-port.js

package.json declares main/exports pointing at 'index.js' — a file that
exists neither in the repo nor in any published tarball, so strict
resolvers fail with 'Missing "." specifier' and node fails with
ERR_MODULE_NOT_FOUND. The real entry is src/message-port.js (default
bindings export + options symbol); point main and exports['.'] at it.
