* feat!: compute strand bias so VarDictJava no longer needs -fisher

STRAND_BIAS_FISHER_P is computed by vartovcf from each sample's REF and ALT strand counts, so VarDictJava output is read with or without -fisher, in both layouts, and the Fisher columns are dropped when present.

STRAND_BIAS_FISHER_P is now full precision, not VarDict's 5-decimal value, and the library's record structs no longer carry VarDict's Fisher columns.
