feat(postgrest): select every column alongside embeds in selectOnly (#2004)

## What

`selectOnly` could not express `*,author(name)`, so reading the whole
row plus an embed meant listing every column of the table by hand.

- `PostgrestTable.allColumns` is a new selectable,
`PostgrestAllColumns<Row>`, that renders `*` and is accepted anywhere a
`select` list entry is, including inside an embed.
- A `PostgrestPartialRow` whose list holds it reads any stored column,
still no relation or derived expression, matching what `*` returns. This
wires up the `_allColumns` path that was already in place but never set.
- `PostgrestPartialRow.toRow(table)` converts a row of every column (or
a whole embed) into the table's full `Row`, and throws a `StateError`
for a row of some columns.
- Embed merging treats `allColumns` like `select()`, so `customers(*)`
and `customers(*, name)` merge to `customers(*,name)` instead of
repeating `*`.

`toRow` is generic, so the generator does not need to emit a converter

`database.query.from_table`.
