docs(postgrest): correct the aggregate setting, read inference and stale migration notes (#2002)

- **`PostgrestPartialRow.read`**: returned straight from an `async`
function, `Output` is inferred from the `FutureOr` return context
instead of from the entry, which trips `unawaited_return_in_try_block`.
The dartdoc now points to passing the type argument explicitly.
- **MIGRATION.md**: removes "What stays on `from()`". Both entries are
stale: the generator emits typed RPC methods, and the typed builders
have `retry()`, `requestTimeout()`, `abortSignal()` and `setHeader()`.
