Pull #1053

github

fix: add test-utils to navbar and fix sidebar link

The @vuepress/test-utils page existed but was unreachable from the docs navigation: the Tools navbar dropdown only listed helper/, and the sidebar entry used link: test-utils/, which resolves to the non-existent route /tools/test-utils/ instead of /tools/test-utils.html.

Add @vuepress/test-utils to the Tools navbar dropdown (EN and ZH), fix the sidebar link, and let it also appear in the llms.txt TOC, which is generated from the sidebar config.
