refactor!: move the Postgres value types to supabase_common (#1993)

## Summary

The value types the typed table API and `supabase_typegen` read Postgres
values into now live in `supabase_common`, so that packages other than
postgrest can share them. Realtime `postgres_changes` records are the
next candidate. They also lose the `Postgrest` prefix, since they
describe Postgres values rather than anything specific to PostgREST.

`postgrest` re-exports all of them, so imports do not change. The column
classes (`PostgrestVectorColumn`, `PostgrestNullableVectorColumn`) and
`PostgrestRangeFilters` stay in postgrest under their names.

A new `PostgresValue` interface, with a single `literal` getter, is
implemented by the date, time, interval and range types. The filter
renderer now has one case for it instead of one per type, and the
upcoming value types (SDK-2309) only need to implement it.
`PostgresRange.literal` no longer goes through postgrest's filter
renderer. A `PostgresValue` bound renders as its literal, a `DateTime`
bound in ISO 8601 and anything else through `toString()`, which is the
same output as before.

Other changes:

- `supabase_common` gains the `convert` dependency, and postgrest drops
it.
- `.sdk-parse-ignore` no longer excludes
`supabase_common/lib/src/postgres/`, so the moved symbols are still
checked against `sdk-compliance.yaml`. The registered names are renamed
there, and `PostgresValue` is added.
- The generator emits the new names. Its decoders are named after them
(`_postgresDateFromJson`).
- The hostile fixture's `postgrest_vector` and `postgrest_bytea` columns
